CharMeck Executive Board: Powered by Volunteers, Driven by Passion

CharMeck Softball is led by a dedicated team of volunteers who love the game just as much as you do. Our Executive Board of Directors is made up of coaches, parents, and community members who step up to ensure our league runs smoothly. From scheduling games to updating rules, organizing tournaments, and making key decisions, they work behind the scenes to create the best possible experience for our players, families, and coaches.

Why It Matters

CharMeck wouldn’t be what it is without the time, energy, and commitment of our volunteers. These individuals give their free time to make sure the league operates efficiently, fairly, and with the players’ best interests at heart. Every decision they make is focused on growing the game, improving the experience, and keeping CharMeck Softball competitive, inclusive, and fun.

How the Board Works

  • Elected Positions: Our Executive Board members are elected based on league bylaws, ensuring fair representation and leadership.
  • Collaborative Decision-Making: Using structured procedures, including Robert’s Rules of Order, board meetings are held regularly to discuss and vote on key league matters.
  • Community Involvement: Board members work closely with commissioners, coaches, and parents to ensure league policies and programs meet the needs of our players.
